Jeff is a native of Western Washington and has been a resident of Gig Harbor for more than 25 Years, he has been in the roofing industry for more than 30 years. Working first as an Installation technician, then field superintendent, then General Superintendent, and finally into executive positions in Sales and Administration, and ultimately as President & CEO of CRS, Inc. which he has held for the past 26 years.
Jeff is passionate about the Relationships he has with his Staff, vendors, and clients alike, and continues to try and improve on an already exceptional team of professionals at CRS, Inc. Jeff is a member of The National Roofing Contractor's Association, The Construction and an EPA Accredited AHERA Building Inspector (#166571).

I've been working with John and Garrett at CRS to solve a vexing issue at a property I purchased recently. They have consistently explained the problems and the solutions. They've consistently done precisely what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Can anyone really ask for better service? Thanks guys! Highly recommend.

We signed our contract with CRS today. It's surprising that they don't have more reviews here. It might be that most of their jobs are commercial and referred by word of mouth. They've been operating for almost 30 years and as far as I can tell are extremely legit. We found them through a neighbor's referral.

Called to get a quote, were very evasive with what they would charge, wanted me to sign a contract before they gave me a complete time and materials bid on a roof. Would not let me talk to mgt of the service department in order to ask pertinent question. This style of business practices gives me the creeps and should give you the creeps too! Steer away from these people, I warn you. Brenda was the name of the rude receptionist.

First, their ads say Free Estimate.
So I called. Told them what was going in with my roof. They wanted my credit card info up front, but said they wouldn't charge unless their was work done and I signed off. Fine.
They come out, do nothing, and send me an invoice saying my roof needs repair and a bill for $140 for just coming out.
No repair and no estimate for what a repair would cost. Just a bill for $140. What?
I call the office, they are confused, and have me call someone else to "go over the invoice" with me. We play phone tag for a few days but still no one is telling me anything. There

I was referred to CRS by York Enterprises as I needed a drip edge installed as my roof is very steep and 3 stories high.
Within a few days of calling, Garrett came out, gave me a very competitive quote and the work was scheduled and completed the next day.

CRS Roofing crew and office were great to work with. Have a large house and big section of the roof was leaking. Had multiple skylights replaced and all new vent caps along with new shingels and plywood. Garrett came by everyday to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. And the crew cleaned up everyday and would let me know when they… were leaving. Very professional and the workmanship was great. They were able to match my roof color and design. These folks are local and we need to support their business. I would hire them back in the future.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of work provided by CRS last Spring. We had an original tile roof (30 years old) which had various leaks over the past years which was damaging our inside wall and window sills. Repair work didn't solve the problems; so we met with Jeff Rankin from CRS and his information and honesty was the positive… selling point on why we chose CRS. (The job was completed on 4/15/2018). Now through storms with heavy winds coming off of Henderson Bay near Purdy, we have rested peacefully through those nights. Thank you again!!!
