Contracted with Peters for about 30 years. They replaced an outdoor unit.it ran on electric heat constantly. They told me that's the way it works. It cost me incredibly high electric bills, until the finally came out and connected a wire, that the technician who did the installation failed to connect. After the repair was made, the thermostat was not turning on the humidifier. Peters said it need to be repaired, in excess of 300.00. I had a contact and asked for a further look, they said no, because the tech said the solinod was bad, and it needed to be replaced. I had a family member who does
