This is the second time I used JNR Plumbing services, and I feel it's even better than the first time I used them about 1.5 years ago. The company has a very good communication system, so you know what to expect. The technicians are professional, polite and considerate. They inspected thoroughly and proposed for solutions, and provided very detail invoice before work started, no unexpected charges. I definitely will choose them again, thank you.

Steve came out and was exactly on time for the scheduled appointment and was very professional. I was given a quote very quickly and was given several options on how to proceed. A new ejector pump was installed along with replacing some incorrect piping from a previous owner of the home. The work (and space) were left very clean and I would have no issue recommending JNR to someone in need of quality work.

The owner contacted me five days after the installation when I had left very negative reviews on multiple sites. He agreed to reimburse me for the costs of repairing the damaged thermostat controls and did so promptly. Due to the excellent overall quality of the installation and quick reimbursement for repairs, I am upgrading my review to four stars. The loss of one star is for demanding final payment before the system was fully operable and the five day delay in getting back to us when it was known that we were very dissatisfied with the status of the installation at the time that the installer

JNR Plumbing was fabulous! They came within a day of calling for an appointment and did some detective work only to find the problem that (the other company that came) completely missed! They were lovely to communicate with, respectful of belongings that had to be moved and HALF of what the other company quoted (after I had to tell that other company what the problem was) I plan to use JNR for all our plumbing needs and highly recommend them for yours!

Dario was great…very nice and professional and he did a very nice job. Then a few weeks later, Maverick and Christian came in and installed a totally new Navien water heater. They were honest in their advice, very professional, and hard-working....they stayed for 10 hours to finish the job! The unit looks great and we are very happy with the results.

The installation of a Navien boiler, for heating and hot water, went very well up until the point that the system was to be connected to the existing thermostat control system. The technician left at the end of the day in November with the unit requiring to be turned on and off manually and a promise that the owner would make a referral to an electrician to fix the problem the following day. This did not happen and we had to scramble to find someone to fix the thermostat control system ourselves. We were contacted five days later after leaving a poor review. The owner agreed to pay for the repairs

Dario M. might be the best service person I have ever had in my house. He is so knowledgeable and helpful and explains things clearly. I appreciate the fee info upfront and the amazing amount of time he spent working on my Navien water heater. With this company you get more than you pay for. He worked until every one of my questions was answered in full. He is working on an estimate to fix a heat issue we have dealt with for the 7 years of our new house. Wasn't happy at all. After pre-paying for an estimate, the plumber/technician arrived at my house. Rushed through an explanation that was not very clear to me over the phone. Gave an outrageously high estimate to do a job that he said might not be very successful nor pleasing upon completion.. I got the distinct impression that they were not very interested in the job, hence pumped up the estimate. When I complained to the owner, I was given an argument. I guess the customer isn't right ever with this company.

They charge to estimate work, then say they will apply that charge to service. After an "extensive survey" and a small fix to a toilet, they charged over $500. The thing is, they completely disappeared and never called me back, so that I could not even apply the estimate to the work if I wanted to. Even odder, they refused to leave until my house until I logged into their site and gave a credit card payment. Whether those things are related or not, doesn't really matter... I paid a lot for information that will do me no good, since I have to call someone who will actually be willing

JNR called me back quickly and even was able to send someone out the next day to address our problem. In addition to the usual email confirmation of the appointment, when the technician was on his way they provided a tracker where I could see (on a map) how far away he was.
As far as the work, Brett helped us identify a couple of small gas leaks in the basement of our recently purchased home. He addressed both in an hour or two and even removed an additional empty pipe that wasn't needed along the gas line.

Hired JNR plumbing back in Nov 2016 to run a propane line into my house and connect to range (on electricity before). And last week when technician from my new propane supplier came for inspection, he found the plumbing work was in gross violation of code that requires no more than 2 pound psi propane inside residence. basically they ran the line in directly with over 10 lb pressure and then put a regulator on the side of range. In stead, the right install - as the suppliers technician did for me in 10 minutes, is to put a regulator outside the house and lower the pressure down to 2 at that spot

I give these guys high marks. After I called to make an appointment, they followed up with an email to confirm. On the morning of the appointment, they sent me an email to tell me the names of the plumbers that were coming to my home, their skill level, and the ratings that they have received from other customers. The two workers did the job to my satisfaction and were extremely careful while working in my home. They were reasonably priced and I will definitely use them again.
