Added hot water tank and 12' hot water radiator. Hot water tank install was flawless. We encountered a couple of surprises related to the age of the house on the radiator installation. We ordered a new washing machine from a local company who said they would also install it. When the company came, they didn’t have the right part and really left us in a lurch and said to call a plumber. After making a few phone calls Schede plumbing was the only who doesn’t seem to have staffing issues as they were able to send someone right away! Nick came out within 20 mins of our call, he had the right part and was able to finish the job. I’m so thankful for them and will be sure to call for future needs! Professional, courtesy and reasonably priced!

Used them for my hot water heater replacement a few years ago, and since then the flow check valve has failed twice, not to mention the ridiculously high price they charged each time. They had completely no idea what might have caused the failure and all they could do was to replace the valve and wait for it to fail again in a couple of years. Also every time they came over to fix something my water heat would stop working afterwards or some other issues would come up which they had to come back and fix it, and as a result I had to pay them more. It's a completely disappointment and a waste of

Very impressed with my first experience with this company. They came highly recommended to me when my central air conditioning unit stopped working last month. I called Schede Plumbing to help get the A/C back on. They arrived promptly and were extremely knowledgeable technicians with great explanations of problem and quickly fixed the unit. I cannot recommend Schede Plumbing more highly. We recently called with an emergency - our water main was leaking into our foundation - and Nick and company were an absolute lifesaver. Not only were they quick, responsive, and professional, they had to dig up a good portion of our front yard and remove half the shrubbery in order to find the leak but they brought in a landscaper to replace and reconstruct upon completion. Their prices are reasonable but their service is exceptional and I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a seasoned, professional, trustworthy

I had a frozen pipe burst emergency and upon contacting Schede Plumbing, they dispatched a plumber to my house almost immediately. They were able to locate the pipe and repair it quickly. The repair required removing tiles from my shower. They carefully removed the tile and replaced them perfectly. They could not have done a better job and their service was very affordable!

The owner responded quickly and was able to provide a replacement water heater within the day, even though the water heater was a closet installation. The technician arrived promptly and seemed well prepared and knowledgeable. The job was completed by ~ 5 pm and I am satisfied with the unit and the job.

This was a difficult bathroom remodel. Schede was the only contractor that offered a concise, timely and cost effective plan for the project. Everything went smoothly even completing the remodel before schedule. Everyone involved was always friendly, polite and attentive to any questions, concerns or requests. Would definitely recommend.

Schede Plumbing and Heating far exceeded all of my expectations in a plumber. When I bought my house, it needed it a lot of work — especially plumbing. My new neighbors spoke highly about their plumber, Louis Schede, and they were right. Louis re-plumbed my whole house. He replaced all the galvanized water supply lines with copper, replaced drain… lines for two bathrooms and a kitchen, and converted a small bedroom into a third bathroom. The quality of the work is great and he was able to stay within my desired budget. Louis and his team was efficient and was very communicative throughout
