Thank you for coming to our rescue!! in this Humidity today of all days our AC stopped working.
I called first thing this morning and they came to our rescue. She said they would be here between 10 & 12 and Nick was here at a little after 10 Nick was top notch very professional and quick to resolve our issue. Thanks for the speedy service and the nice cool air again. Hats off to Nick ya saved us today..

After calling and leaving messages with several plumbing service companies, Sheren answered the phone and sent a professional out the next day. I am so glad I didn’t try to DIY the repair! Chris did a great job and got it fixed right.

Our furnace quit so we called Sheren. They sent someone out the next day. The technician suggested replacing the whole furnace. We were ready to replace it but went the whole weekend without a word from them. Called the next Tuesday and they sent out the sales person who, 2 weeks later we still haven't heard from. Called another company and had a furnace the next day.

Was not on time, didn't communicate, very rude, over charged, and made sure to work slowly. Will never use the again. J&W was way better and had to fix their mistakes. Also, quoted me over 10k to replace a boiler, but found a kinder and more efficient service company who did it for 6k. Not a company worth using.
