This system has the most amazing economic features including operational and maintenance it has saved me lots of money in the few years I have it yes it took a while to get use to it considering my old system I kept thinking I had to do more but the system doesn’t need all used to go through it takes care of its self and my family very well I’m so… glad I made the investment into it once it was set up and running it is amazing thanks to all who designed this system it’s clean and functional I recommend it to a lot of my friends and family members

We purchased an E100 Wood Gun with a carbon steel boiler in 2012. We were told this was a very good unit. We have had problems since the beginning with the most recent a cracked tank. We were told the only way to fix the problem correctly would be to replace the tank entirely with a stainless steel one., and after 4 years the warranty only covers 30% of the repair. This is definitely not worth the $10,000 we paid thinking we were getting a very efficient boiler. Very disappointed and would never recommend this product to anyone!
