Ryan, Eric, Andy and Matt were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, courteous, and very friendly. McCleary did an entire new HVAC system for us, including removal of all original equipment that was 28 years old and installation of a new gas furnace, air compressor, etc. Our original system was electric, and the switch to gas added another layer of complexity to the project. Matt did our estimate, was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, including helping us to determine the best system for us and gave real world feedback. Andy was our project manager, stopped by multiple times

The physical installation appears to be of quality service early on. However, Communication was sub-par during the purchase and installation process. When I arrived home to find a NEW heating and AC system, everything appeared to be ready for start-up, but the thermostat was blank. I turned on the house breaker to the system, and after speaking to their weekend on-call man, he helped me set-up and program the thermostat. It was hot, so I turned on the AC. I heard the fan turn on inside the house, but after a few hours no cool air came out. I called the on-call man back, and said the outside AC

I trust McCleary, our Outdated central air unit finally took a crap. Wife made the call to McClearys they came out quick, after trying to revive the old unit. It was time to upgrade and get a new replacement unit. Wife messaged me a little bit ago and said the new is installed and blowing cold air. .... simple and easy, a pleasure to do business with McCleary. Definitely a trusted company.👍👍👍👍

I can’t say enough how much appreciation I have for this company . I called them and the same day they came out and looked everything over and within two hours they gave me a estimate and to make it even better they installed my unit next day. Matt Martin in the nicest person. He took the time to explain everything and gave us the best option for our home. He put us top priority knowing my son is having health issues and wouldn’t be able to withstand the heat. When I called to ask for a appointment they sent Matt out within in a couple hours. Installation only took a little over three hours

I needed a part to repair my furnace that local suppliers didn't have in stock. I needed to get hot water sooner than 3 days if I didn't want to find myself on the couch. I called the helpful ladies over at McCleary to check price and availability. They had what I needed and sold it to me cheaper than the suppliers even though I was doing my own repair and not using their techs. I'll certainly call them when I have an issue that surpasses my abilities.
