On 11/23/21 Premier employee, Draven P. did an excellent job at my home . He installed a media cabinet and return plenum. Sealed ductwork,installed new filter, removed old humidifier flex, removed humidistat and checked unit operation. Draven put coverings over his shoes each time he entered my house which I greatly appreciated especially since he… was working in insulation. He was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. This is the 3rd year that I have used Premier services and purchased their Service agreement their prices are good, they will work until issue is resolved

Matt was very professional. During his visit he wore a mask as well as shoe covers. Matt presented me with a brochure on current service contracts. Matt was honest in his assessment of our current Heat Pump. My wife has already recommended him to our neighbors.

First, after research and comparable pricing, I chose Premier to install my replacement HVAC system. Secondly, the technicians who installed my system (Trystan and Zack) were courteous, professional and honest. Upon identifying a faulty thermostat, Trystan returned the next day with a replacement. Finally, he carefully explained how to use the… system efficiently and assisted us with the paperwork necessary to enjoy a rebate from the utility company. Had them replace our central a/c unit. They provided two brand new window a/c to use until the new a/c was installed. Price, service snd quality were excellent.
Next had a water leak from the central A/C that the builder had draining into the concrete slab in the basement. They responded very quickly and installed a pump to route the condensation water to the existing sump pump.
While here for the water problem, we signed up for an annual maintenance plan. James came out last week and spent over an hour inspecting and lubricating the unit. Very happy with the service. He was very nice, professional

What could have been a negative experience, turned out blowing our minds. We were getting rather antsy as our appointment was scheduled for this morning and due to a part that was needed, you all were unable to accommodate that time. Your technicians finally recieved the part and came in around 2pm this afternoon. We were figuring that it was going… to be a 6 to 8 hour job to replace our system. However, your guys had everything completed in less than 4 hours, even with the delay. My husband does not usually tell me to leave a review on anything, but he was absolutely astounded at the time
