Better salesmen than technicians. After a laughable diagnosis I fixed it myself. Told me that the pump housing was cracked (and it was not), told my wife underground fuel oil tanks are illegal (and they are not), told me my fuel tank had failed (and it had not) . They wanted to sell me a new furnace and fuel tank, to the tune of 7 to 8 thousand dollars. With the help of a friend and 100 bucks it is running great, 70 bucks cheaper than what they charged me for nothing but a hassle.

Don't call if you're a woman I paid 100$ to have 3 guys get my oil furnace on while they were here then afterwards it wouldn't come back on the next person who looked said 3 bolts were disconnected and one was letting the oil run out. They took nothing apart and stood there for 20 minutes won't be calling again

When they replaced my furnace, they had it set up to run both my furnace and central air unit at the same time. It was this way for 2 months before I noticed it because my furnace running was louder than my central air unit. I only noticed it because I was using quite a bit of fuel. When I contacted them, they argued that it wouldn't have used extra fuel because my central air unit was electric. That logic doesn't take into account that by both of them running at the same time, it was counterproductive. So not only did it cause me to use extra fuel, it also caused me to use extra electricity as
