We spend the rainy days working inside homes and commercial spaces. We offer a variety of minor carpentry services such as dry-rot replacement, trim and baseboards, and wall patching. Sam Mikowski and friends began painting small residential homes in 2005 in Corvallis, Oregon. Sam later partnered with Kevin McCartan and they now work on various commercial and residential projects in the Corvallis and Portland areas.

Owner Sam Mikowski is a 2004 Philomath graduate who started his business in 2005. He specializes in residential interior and exterior painting and works throughout the valley, emphasizing customer service and providing a quality product. We have now used Mikowski Painting twice--the first time was for the exterior paint job of a 2200 sq foot house in Canby, and they did a superior job. The paint held up excellently, and they were good painters, and importantly, clean painters.
More recently, we had Mikowski Painting do an interior paint job on another home we bought in Canby. It's another home of about 2K square feet, and we had them paint selected spaces in the home--most of the upstairs, a large downstairs bedroom, and a bathroom and utility room. They were very organized and clean, and extremely respectful of the space

Mikowski Painting has done two large jobs for us. They painted a home exterior about ten years ago, and did a great job. They are clean, fast, and very good at what they do. This last week, they completed an interior paint job for us. Again, they are professionals. Expect superior work. Some of the wall surfaces on the home we recently purchased were in pretty rough shape, and they did a great job with spackle, filling homes, and making surfaces ready for the paint. They were extremely good at painting the specific colors I requested--Cloudy Gray, Agreeable Gray, Sage, etc. They worked fast, and

Excellent work from a team of professionals. Sam, Kevin and the other guys were meticulous in every detail of our house painting job. They were always on time and were very friendly and easy to work with. The prep work was very thorough and the finished product is beautiful. The cost of the job was very reasonable. I would certainly hire them again for other painting needs.

The guys at Mikowski Painting did a great job at a very reasonable rate, on time and within budget. They were very professional, had all the right supplies, did the job quickly and with obvious expertise. We were impressed. Since we hired Mikowski Painting to clean up a mess left by a previous "painter" who fell asleep in our living room while taking eight (!!) hours to prime our 10 x 12 living room, we were apprehensive but quickly relaxed as we noted the excellent work done by the crew. We will definitely hire these guys again and we highly recommend them to anybody in the Corvallis
