Company owner, Vincent Powell is a San Francisco native. He started painting in 1983 in exclusive areas of the Bay Area such as Pacific Heights and Hillsboro. During those early years of employment as a painter he refined his skills and gained invaluable experience that eventually lead him to obtain his contractors license and go out on his own and establish Vincent Powell Painting and Decorating.
