They were on another job and told me what to do until they could get to me. They called to let me know their timing on the other job and what time they would get to me.

Jerry was very honest and forthright with all our dealings. When we had pre-purchased some fixtures that didn't go together, he loaded them on his truck and made the exchange for us.
He may or may not be the cheapest, but he and his guys do QUALITY work, are respectful and honest. We have called him back for other work and will continue to call him for remodeling needs or refer him to everyone in our subdivision. On call plumber was at my house in less than an hour from me placing the S.O.S. Emergency call after hours. Thanks for saving our home from thousands of dollars in damage! Our sewer backed up and was literally inches from the carpet when steve got it cleared and under control. Only plumber I’ll call from now on!
