Adam was fantastic! He went above and beyond when he came to replace our kitchen faucet. He recommended that he check the old faucet to see if it was salvageable before we spend extra money to replace it. Then he noticed there was a leak at our main shut-off valve and gave us some options for getting it fixed. He even popped up to our shower to check on a heat/cold issue. He was super professional, friendly and we’ll definitely call him again. He also has a really dope beard that my husband is super jealous of!

What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Had a first time service call from Pipe Doctor today. Our main water shut off valve developed a heavy leak this morning. Pipe Doctor got here the same day I contacted them. Their tech, Owen was polite and professional. I'm a VA licensed Home Inspector, so I scrutinize plumbing work on a daily basis. He did an excellent job! My wife and I will call Pipe Doctor, and see if Owen is available the next time we have a plumbing issue.
