This is further provided with meticulous flashing details, and a cautious effort to surpass all manufacturer's specifications, but mostly, a big concern for our customer and their home!
One of our exceptional strengths is the ability to install a tile roof the correct way. As basic and deserving as that might sound, we have endured a lengthy career by repairing and/or replacing both concrete and clay tile systems here in Southern Arizona -which were worn out entirely prematurely due to ineffective installation.
Roof Associates has you covered! Smart roofs are our business! We have a number of environmentally friendly and power saving roof options to choose from, including: solar reflective shingles, cool roof rated tiles, solar vents and skylights, passive air intake and outtake systems, radiant barriers, poly-iso insulation board, and we can vent your crawl/attic space too!
We only utilize premium, USA made material, we are state licensed, nationally endorsed, possess 2 million dollars in liability insurance, and most importantly, we employ a well-trained and experienced work force whom also retain workman's comp. Our roofers are members of our apprentice/journeymen/supervisor training program, who must endure hundreds of hours of training and follow our official career protocol.

Dan Thatcher and the employees or Southern Az Roof Associates did a fantastic job replacing our roof. We researched a number of companies and received several estimates. We made the right choice. From the estimate to the final walk through the owner, office staff and crew were all committed to outstanding customer service and installing the best roof for our home. The pride in their work is evident. The office staff kept us informed before and during the job. The crew worked hard each day on the roof and then swept and cleaned up debris. This company is spectacular! The crew was so professional and incredibly polite. Their work is meticulous and they even left everything cleaner and neater than they found it! The high quality materials are worth every dollar. As with many homeowners in Tucson this monsoon season, we had to wait for repairs to begin. Well worth every day of patience. HIGHLY recommend and if I ever need another roof on a different house, I'll be calling them to schedule! Better product, better service, better outcome, hands down. Thanks for a great experience!

To say the work done by Southern Arizona Roof Associates was exceptional would be a true understatement of the quality, professionalism, courtesy and genuinely wanting to do a great job of replacing our cement tile roof. Although it was several months from the time I made the down payment for the job to the time they arrived to do the job (evidence they are much in demand and obvious testament to their workmanship), when they did arrive it was in full force with a crew of anywhere from 5 to 7 workers. We had SO. AZ Roof Associates put a new roof on our home in early September, 2020. We had received a few other estimates and even though SO. AZ Roof Assoc. was not the least expensive, they had the best products compared to others. They did not skimp on the details. The crew arrived on time and worked consistently until their break, then back to work they went. They were courteous and very safety orientated. Each day before they left our home the area was picked up and cleaned off. Your would never know that they were there. I would definitely highly recommend this company, and I have recommended

If you just want old technology roof repair or replacement, go elsewhere. If you want sub-contractors working on your roof, go elsewhere. If you want to hire a large company with different people on different days doing your roofing with no collective clue of what has been done, how the project is planned and scoped out, and what needs to be done, go elsewhere. If you a want rock-bottom pricing, go elsewhere. If you want a job to just "get by" to buy you time or to simply make the roof look presentable or functional, go elsewhere. If you don't care if a roofer gives you a 3, 5, 8, or 10 year warranty
