R & M has completed some of the premier worship centers in the Houston area including Lakewood Church, First Baptist Church, Second Baptist Church, River Pointe Church, First Presbyterian Church, and Our Lady of Lords. Our work with general contractors in the Houston area has proven results for our ability to work through logistical problems and the ability to complete projects on schedule.
R & M has completed a vast array of commercial projects from energy headquarters to corporate lease spaces to airport terminal. Our successful projects include: ExxonMobil, Conoco, Noble Energy, Halliburton, Carrizo Oil & Gas, Williams Kherhner Law Firm, Terminal E & C, Lonza, Heights Central Station, Chenier, Joes Day Law Firm, Motiva ETP (Energy Transfer Partners).
Schools are a staple of R & M Service Company and we have been associated with the completion of some the largest schools of some of the largest school districts in Houston or in Texas for that matter. With the amenities that are included in high schools today R & M has been a key player in bringing a school or school district into competition in a large diverse market such as Houston.
R & M Service Company completed one of the largest intumescent coating projects in Texas and the largest of its kind in the Houston area. Thermal Energy Corporation or TECO was a project we completed in conjunction with general contractor Burns & McDonnell. TECO provides heating and cooling to a large portion of the Houston Medical Center.
