I posted a request for help to fix a damaged carpet seam. I was afraid my grandkids would trip. I received a suggestion from NextDoor to call Absolute Floors. I sent Nate pics of the damage, we talked and he quoted a fair price. I never want to take advantage of a low price for a service while taking advantage of a small company or individual. Being on a fixed income, I cannot always afford the best service, but I must say Nate did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond to provide the most professional repair possible. He was here for over two hours and he could have stopped after an hour

I cannot recommend Absolute Floors & More enough! If I could give 10 stars I would. Not only did Nate arrive on time on the same day I called him (a Friday no less) but he was extremely professional, honest, and transparent with everything he did. I needed a very quick carpet repair where my puppy tore up the rug. He did a better job fixing it than it's original installation. In addition, he went above and beyond in terms of clean up and explanation. Again, this is 100% the man you should call for anything! He even helped me get rid of an oil stain on my driveway. Thank you so much!!

Nate and his company does great work. He was punctual and performed the work he said he would. My carpet turned out great. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a cleaning. I have to give props where props is due! The owner, Nate and his team is absolutely amazing. Not only are they dedicated and committed to their work, but they also take pride into what they do and they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are not just satisfied but also able to have trust in the work that they provide. Let's not forget about the fact that they take care of their Veterans as well! Their prices for all the different services that they offer is definitely unmatched. I have utilized Absolute Floors & More twice now, the first time was just for my annual carpet cleaning

OMGOSH we had the BEST CARPET CLEANING EVER!! These guys not only cleaned our carpets (with 3 types of truck mounted machines in 3 steps), but they stretched my carpet that was not installed properly and treated it with Teflon that lasts 1-1 1/2 years!! They also moved furniture and got every crack and crevice!! All for a little more than a basic cleaning from another company!! Nate, the owner, doesn’t miss a spot and Fiadore his helper was amazing, too!! I couldn’t be happier and NO they have did not ask me to review them!!

Nate followed up with me on a short notice via Home Advisor. He was extremely easy to set up an appointment. He was punctual to our appointment. He promptly checked out what needed to be done for my carpet repair. He then got all of his tools, and offered to show me how he was going to fix and stretch my carpet. I could quickly tell Nate cared about the quality of his work, and how customer driven he is. He educated and showed me the what and whys of what he was doing to the carpet. Nate and his crew were wonderful and so knowledgeable about what they are doing. He worked with us when we bought our new house and did an outstanding job stretching the carpet and cleaning it. He did such a good job the carpet looks almost brand new!!!! I would highly highly highly recommend them if you need carpet work done or many other house needs!
