This guy was my hero today. We had another company scheduled to come do the carpets. I had my whole house prepped, everything off the floors, my husband and I took the day off for this, got the kids out of the house—and 10 minutes before they showed up, they canceled.
I decided to try and call around and see if anyone else could come out since I spent over an hour prepping and basically tearing my house to pieces for a carpet cleaning. I called probably 8-10 businesses. They were all booking 2 weeks out or closed because it was a Saturday. Then I called Keith and he just happened to be doing

Keith was amazing! We had a red wine spill on a Sunday evening, and I called him at 8pm. He gave us some tips on what do to in the meantime and arrived to our home by noon the next day. You couldn't even tell there was ever red wine in our white couch!

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Keith. First the responsiveness to my request. I had a 2 day window I needed to have him come which he did. He was punctual to the appointment. Worked within the budget which was great and the quality and professionalism was exceptional!! My family once they returned noticed right away the difference in the carpet. 10,000 has a customer for as long as they’re in business and I’ve already referred others. Thanks for your great work.

We just bought a house and it had a lot of leftover dog hair in the carpet still. We originally went with a Rug Doctor figuring we could save ourselves some money, but it did not get the job done.
Keith was very informative and explained everything to us really well. His rates were a lot lower than most places that called us as well, which is a huge plus. He arrived earlier than scheduled, took his time with the cleaning and we are thrilled we went with him for cleaning our carpets.
If we were to get our carpets done again, I would definitely be giving Keith at 10,000 Lakes Carpet a call again

Keith is hands down the best in furniture/carpet cleaning. He did amazing job on our Furniture and carpet today.
