I am so happy with the work of Juan Lopez from Santhoff Plumbing! They responded to an urgent need so promptly and when Juan arrived, he quickly identified the problem and he fixed some other small plumbing issues with faucet sinks in my bathroom. I will be calling on him again for some additional work to improve hot water flow from third to first floor kitchen. I can highly recommend Santhoff Plumbing for excellent, professional service!

Very prompt and professional service. Several other firms would not bother responding or take the job to fix our gas lamp as it is mounted high up by our front door. Sergio arrived right on time and fixed our gas lantern in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

This company is just wonderful! Jason was polite, careful, knowledgeable and just plain good plumber. He not only showed me what was broken but also made suggestions on what could be done. We ended up buying a new kitchen faucet from Santoff.

Jose and his helper, Gavin did a great job. Jose listened to homeowner and proceeded to do a diagnostic test, that confirmed the less seriousness of the problem than what the homeowner thought.

I had several items; I showed all the items to Juan when he arrived and he walked me through what he'd do and his estimate for each item. I was busy and I just left him alone. I appreciated that he notified me when he had to turn off the water and when it was on again. When he was done he showed me what he'd done, how new devices worked and answered all my questions knowledgeably. I love not having to watch over repairmen, yet being treated with respect even when I ask 'dumb' questions. I've had Santhoff out several times over the years and have always had good experiences.

Thomas was excellent in that he communicated very well. He stated the problem with water heater and options for repair. He followed up as promised and provided accurate pricing information with no surprises. He returned to do the work and was extremely professional and answered all my questions without being rushed. Sergio and his colleague arrived within the promised time window, and were both professional and knowledgeable, finding the source of our gas leak. They quickly recommended a repair, describing their repair process and providing a quote for the repair. Once we agreed to the repair, they efficiently repaired our lanterns gas leak. We would us their services again without hesitation.
