Use the fan setting at night when the air outside is cool, or open a window and leave the air conditioner off. Keep windows closed whenever the air conditioner is on. Purchase a programmable thermostat and set it to turn on no more than 30 minutes before you expect to return home. Leave shades on windows and doors closed as much as possible to help keep the cool in, and the hot out during summer.

Our ac went out on 7/28/21. We called E.C. Waters to repair.it. After three days, they said they didn’t know when they could get the part they needed and would call me after the weekend!! ( It was 92 Degrees in our house.) We called around to our friends and we’re given the name of All Star Heating and Cooling. Boy, what a difference! We called on a Friday evening, they came over on Sat. morning, and had it repaired by that afternoon! ( and they were $100.00 less expensive) The tech, Nick, was amazing. The company was responsive to all my communications. They quoted a price and it did not change. Installation was scheduled and the installation was completed with no issues. The techs were on time and efficiently installed the new HVAC system and cleaned up afterwards. My new system has been running flawlessly ever since. Highly recommend using this company.

Scheduled All Star heating to replace our AC system. They communicated prior to the day on what time they would be coming out and they were on time and moved quickly. The team was professional, nice and easy to work with. They answered lots of questions by our 4 yr old on what was going on. They offer a great warranty on some of their units as well. Would highly recommend using them.

I am very pleased and just, happy! with the service I received from your company. We had the pleasure of AJ and Mike to install our new AC system in our first home we just purchased in February. They were very thoughtful, informative, and pleasant to be around and have here in our home for the installation. I will continue to have them be our “go to guys” to bring back here for my yearly inspections since we got to know them and they were able to install our system, they are like family :-)

Excellent service, communication and price. We had our whole system fail and were getting the runaround from our home warranty company's "trusted" partners. Everyone at AllStar was with us every step of the way, diagnosing the issue, getting a straightforward answer about what it means, and how best to combat the problem. We ended up going for a full system replacement. Every question was answered and no stone was left unturned during the process. The crew that came in to do the install were efficient, patient, and polite. Truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The owner contacted me and because communication is the key to good focused customer service. I’m upgrading to five stars. My assessment is that communication to expectations was implied versus specific.
Review: Had a Saturday service call. Unit flipping from cool mode to heat mode when it cycled back on - resulting in a very HOT house. Tech did not successfully nail down the issues. I’ll concede that it was more than likely a combination of several small issues leading into one big issue.
I was unhappy, but let me just say, the owner got involved and based on my reasoning for several reasons
