Mark came out and gave me a very competitive quote. I agreed and we got started. His installer, Daniel, came out and installed the hardwood flooring. He did a very professional and clean job; even working on Sunday to finish the job for me. Daniel made it a priority to come out and do some touch ups after the job was finished. This company has gone above and beyond for me and I will recommend them to everyone! Thanks Guys!

My experience with Mark and Dan at Phoenix Hardwood was one of the best that I have ever had. They placed pacaya mesquite in our master bedroom and walk in closet. Dan is a true artist. His attention to detail was second to none. Phoenix Hardwood was exceptional from start to finish. I recommend them highly.

Never showed up! I took the morning off of work (which is not easy for me) for them to come out and look at a floor repair. Appointment was for 8am. By 930am they had still not arrived. I called and left messages to see where they were. It's been a week and a half and I still haven't recieved a call back with an explanation for the no show. If your time is valuable to you, I would suggest finding a different company.

I actually stumbled on Phoenix Hardwood while looking for options to deal with an aged and very badly heaved living room slab, which was complicating a flooring install I had been trying to line up. Other contractors had told me we'd need at least 6 to 10 hours of grinding to get anywhere, and being the center of my house, that just wasn't an viable option.
Mark came out to take a look, and gave me some additional options that did not require nearly as much grinding. He also had some ideas to help mitigate and contain the dust that would be generated, which other folks had not bothered

Dan and Mark were excellent. Like most home-improvement projects, ours was not without hiccups. But at every turn, Dan and Mark exhibited expertise and a commitment to do the project right and to our very high standards. They were responsive, attentive, and communicative. The final product--a combination of new herringbone white oak floors and refinished original fir floors--is beautifully done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install or refinish wood floors.

Mark made a effort to meet us on a Sunday and was quite thorough with his estimate, and held to the estimate during the job. However, they never re-installed the closet guides on our 4 closets. After calling several times and being assured that they would finish that day, we finally had to install ourselves. Promises made, but not kept; not good professional business behavior.

I recently had Phoenix Hardwood Flooring sand and refinish my 25 year old engineered hardwood floors that I installed. Daniel Owens is an expert in refinishing. The craftsmanship was amazing. My floors look like the day I installed them actually better the finish looks better. I almost did the job myself after watching these guys work I'm glad I didn't. They have a great attention to detail.

Not one to typically leave bad reviews but this was def warranted. First day out Mark told my wife will be at house by 2pm. After sitting and waiting an hour we call to ask if he's running late or still on his way. He apologized stated he got busy but promised to be out next day at 2pm. No problem, we understand things come up. Next day 2pm comes and goes called again after sitting at home moving my schedule to meet Mark for estimate. An hour past appointment I decide to call see if he is on his way. No answer so a voicemail is left, never received call back and 2 no shows in 2 days. I&apos

Someone came to my home in September, 2017 to assess some water damage and to work up an estimate for repair and/or replacement. After a few weeks had passed and I heard nothing, I followed up. I was told they were still working on finding matching wood or something like that. Today is January 10, 2018, and I NEVER heard back from this company. I can't believe a company just blows paying customers off like this.

I work for an small investment company that does higher end remodels and new builds. I recently used Phoenix hardwood on our last project to install 1400 square feet of engineered oak floors. One of the first things you'll notice if you use them is their attention to detail and almost OCD like self-imposed dedication to ensuring everything looks perfect. These guys were real professionals. I like to think of myself as a Jack of all trades (but master of none)... after seeing them work It was clear I was indeed a Jack and they were the masters.
