This review is supposed to be 4.5 stars, however that wasn’t an option. Craft and Bulk Flooring is more of a warehouse style space since it focuses on wholesale bulk flooring. If you are looking for a showroom then this is not the right spot for you. You can visit their sister store CFD (California Flooring and Design) which has a main showroom. They offer bulk pricing, as it is a warehouse. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you do not know anything about flooring fear not because you are in the right hands. They ask the right questions to help you find the flooring that fits your

Derek definitely understands the value in customer service. After my AC leaked and a few contractors bailed he and his team quickly ordered the floors and installed. We had an issue after that was unrelated to them but he still offered to fix since the other company dropped the ball. Recommend to anyone looking for quality floors and customer service !
