AVOID AVOID AVOID. In summary, we bought what we were told was quality carpet for our entire home (not the cheap stuff) and within 2 months the fibers were breaking down in low traffic areas! KR Flooring has done NOTHING to help with us, been extremely hard to get a hold of, and essentially pushed us off until the warranty passed. Another professional confirmed that the carpet they gave us has manufacturer defects and they absolutely should've replaced it for us. It was not from being dirtied/matted the way a high traffic area might be, the fibers themselves are tearing apart. THESE PEOPLE DON

*EDIT: KR Flooring did a fantastic job. They did mess up the installation date a couple of times but we ended up receiving a discount for this. They were able to get in around 1100 ft.² of carpet in a day. And it looks fantastic! Really happy we went with them. And way cheaper than anyone else we were looking into. Also really great customer service. I was able to speak directly with the owner when I was having problems. Very difficult to find that at places.

I wanted to thank Ken and KR Flooring for a job well done. I had to say I shopped around and had 5 flooring companies come to the house for the estimate. I chose KR Flooring due to Ken. He made me feel so comfortable and didn't pressure me to make a decision that day. He took his time to walk through the samples, took pictures of my room to show me what the floor will look like and provided me with information around all different type of flooring and discussed pricing option. KL Flooring has replaced five (5) rooms of flooring at my church, over the past three years, some carpet, some wood plank. Their cost was completive. The quality of the product was first class. Their installers were polite, professional and knew their job skills very well. What I though the current floor demolition and re-flooring would take a few days it was done in one day or one and a half days! They cleaned up all of the debris, disposed of them and left the rooms like new. KL Flooring is a first class operation.

Do NOT buy your flooring here unless you want to get screwed over. I did a small remodel for a toy hauler and was told I needed to buy 15 boxes of flooring. Both my sister and I insisted that we did not need that much based on the sqft we had to cover and only needed 10. They said it’s always best to buy extra and return anything we didn’t use. Sounds great right?? Well after the project was over I told them we had 6 extra boxes and needed to return them. I was told “you can bring them by anytime”. Well I just showed up to return the 6 boxes and the lady at the front who I wasn’t previously

Ken, the sales manager, brought numerous samples to our home and explained the differences in how the carpet was made and which would meet our needs at the best price. He did not try to "up sell" as many do. But the installers were so nice and did a great job. They moved the furniture and put it back, yet never acted like they were being put upon. Everything was done with a smile. Thank you Mr Sotol!
