So many things...
My builder hired these vendors who installed my carpet. On day one, there were visible seams and nearly every stair would poke you with a tack if you got too close to where it raised to the next stair. After a few months of living in my new home, the carpet started to significantly bunch on the stairs and in other areas. Come to find out it wasn't tacked down on the sides of the stairs at all. The original installation was so terrible that they had to replace all of the carpeting on the stairs.
A few months ago, bleach was spilled on my carpet and no spare carpet scraps were

This company does garbage work - and they don't seem to care about it. We didn't use them by choice, but we bought a new home from Richmond America and they used them for tiling.
We had an optional tile backsplash in the kitchen (for which we paid $2000). It looked like a child went and randomly glued tiles to the wall. They agreed to re-do - and it was exactly the same. They did it a third time and it still looks horrible. Tiles are not aligned and not flush with the wall. There are big empty gaps around electrical sockets. After their third failed attempt they just dropped

I would give them a zero if I could. They installed my hardwood floor in my new home and the gaps between the floorboards are greater than 1/4 inch, in some places 5/8s of an inch. To have a clean floor, you must use toothpicks between the floorboards, and that is not a full remedy. 2 of their inspectors, the rep who manufactures the product , and Images "independent contractor" has inspected. Images refuses to take my phone calls nor give me a copy of these inspections. The developer, Dreamfinders tells me when the inspectors will come. That's it.

Was driving north on I-25 this morning (12-7-18), and a van from Images Flooring was swerving in and out of the left lane, causing quite a few cars to slam on their brakes to avoid the van. Once I was able to get around the van, I saw that the driver was on his cell phone, not paying attention to the road. Several of us honked, but it didn't seem to phase the driver at all. Please look into this and hire more responsible drivers.

Like the other reviewers, I am also disappointed. I give 2 stars as the person who helped us was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. However, when an issue arised on cabinet colors they were nowhere to be found. My realtor and I left several voice messages asking for assistance but we never heard from them. Poor customer service.
Also, it was difficult trying to get time scheduled for an appointment and it's upsetting that they are not open on weekends.

I have used Images for two remodeling jobs - basement finish out and remodel of the kitchen and flooring on main level of the house. In the basement, I chose carpet and tile including a big shower surround with a glass inset. The tile work was the best I had ever seen and I used to build custom homes! Carpet install was the same quality. In second remodel, I installed new hardwood floors that had to be laced in with existing. The outcome was astonishing! There is not a single flaw in the hardwood and you cannot tell that the existing floor was older and a different color. I purchased quartz

Horrible company. Our builder used them to install our hardwood floors and after a year, we saw how bad the quality was. In our first year, the floors were warped and we found out that the finish job was not done properly. They denied our claim to repair when our year warranty was up, claiming our 9lb dog was to blame. Our neighbor sued the company through arbitration and won, stating they did not properly stain the floors. We decided to do it ourselves and not deal with the non responses by Mike, the GM. If you have a chance to NOT go with this company, consider shipping around and try someone

Do not use this company. They installed a large amount of hard wood flooring in my home and did not allow the wood to dry. They had months of advance knowledge of the schedule and could have warehoused the wood to prevent issues which I will now have to live with indefinitely. The finishing and staining job was poor, I have different tones in different areas. They also put in a staiway and they are not aware that return threads extend past the riser. They transfered stain from the floor to the white baseboards and refused to correct it. The list goes on. Poor craftsmanship on tile as well - bad

What a joke of a company!!!!!!! if I could select a negative rating I would. Company installed flooring in the house we purchased from our builder even though they knew there were previous issues with its reliability and then between the builder and Images, they chose not to stand behind the product. Now we have needed some tile work repaired because it was not done properly in the first place, and have had it scheduled twice and now they have decided to cancel on the second repair date because it snowed and their company policy is not to drive in the snow. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! THIS IS COLORADO

Horrific experience. Zach came out to inspect our floor due to the filler being raised 1/6th of an inch between each board on our hard wood floor.(in addition to warping and raising of boards) After 6 months he told me this was normal wear and was the quality of craftsmanship I should expect from images flooring of Denver. This filler has now chipped off over time and is tan in color on a dark walnut hard wood floor. 1/2 million dollar house and this is what you get? I would not recommend to my worst enemy!

Images is one of those places you would not work with on your own. If you are building a home, or working with a builder, they will send you to Images to select flooring, cabinets, tiles, etc.
Their selection is limited, outdated, and overpriced. The service is an embarrassment. I worked with Kim, and while she was friendly, she clearly had no idea what was going on.
My townhouse was one of six built at the same time. Interestingly enough, several of the different townhome owners received different options and answers on what was available, even though we all had the same "package."

We built a custom home and our builder recommended Images Flooring. We have had nothing but problems with them. Their field installation supervisor changed three times while we in the critical time of installing floors, tile, carpet and other. The owner refused to speak with us but would only communicate through our builder. They continually did not show up to complete work when they said they would. I've had 3 appointments for this company to come on-site and fix some caulking issues and each time, they've forgotten about me or just didn't put me on the schedule. The actual workers who have come are really nice and helpful but getting them here is the issue.
