Just called to get a quote and spoke with the owner. He was very nice and professional. I live somewhat out of his service area but he really tried to work with me to schedule an appointment that would work for both of us. Max Impact did an awesome job at our commercial office in Philadelphia. They provided excellent communication in advance of service and gave us a very fair quote that was actually below other carpet cleaning companies we contacted. On the day of service, they called to confirm their arrival time and were very prompt. After needing some quick help with an upholstery cleaning, I contacted Jerry and he was able to fit me in that same day. He cleaned the carpets in my bedrooms and family room, as well as my hallway and stairs. The rug on the stairs/hallway was so stained & discolored from having dogs and 2 small children, and after working with other carpet cleaning companies, I had little faith they would turn out too good. Jerry proved me wrong -- they turned out great, and still look awesome almost two weeks later now. No stains creeping back up after only a few days like they have before when using other services

Jerry is the best! I called him to clean carpets abused by three small children and possibly clean a sofa that had multiple stains that were years old. I was moving and needed the couch for the living room in our new home. Him and his awesome machine not only got the carpets sparkling again, my couch amazingly looked as if it were brand new! In fact, everyone still asks where did I get my new sectional. Jerry far exceeded my expectations!
