Mark checked out my system inside and out. Said everything was ok. Said the UV light installed by the former company was getting dim. He recommended not replacing it, but if I wanted protection against mold, germs, etc. the light will not do the job. There’s another component that does that better then a night lite!! I’ll discuss with Coastline at some point.

Matt arrived on time and was very patient as we had to wait for the issue to begin once we started AC. He was able to trouble shoot once the dripping sound began and fixed the issue. We are so thankful because the dripping sounds was driving us nuts. This is the 3rd time we have used Coastline Heating & Cooling service and will not hesitate to call in the future if we have any needs. We recommend the company and especially Chris, highly.

Mark was outstanding!!! He was at my house early and had the AC working again in 35 minutes. I asked what the problem was and he said my fan motor was bad. He had the new motor in his van!!! Incredible service! I highly recommend Coastline Heating and Cooling.
