Alex came same day to evaluate my AC problem, even though I gave him the option to wait until a weekday. He installed a new AC unit within the next 24 hours, and when we were hit by a rainstorm, came back next day to double check everything was working properly. He also gave me a solution that saved us a good deal of money, and installed a quality piece of equipment with 2x the warranty length of our original unit. An entirely good experience.

My experience from start to finish was what every service company should strive for. On time for the appointment, thorough explanation of what needed to be done, actually early by a few minutes to begin the work, did a great job and then followed up one week later to see if I was happy and how things were going. Great Job!!!

I had another HVAC company out twice to fix a problem with a musty smell coming from the AC ductwork. I was told there was no problem and to spray Lysol into the air intake. The problem got worse. Alex came out and found the problem literally in seconds. The insulation was wet inside the air handler and obviously had been for a long time. Since the unit was 10 years old I had Alex replace it. In about three hours he had it replaced and running perfectly. He also was able to figure out why that insulation was wet and he corrected that also. The prior HVAC guy turned the fan up too high a few years

Effective, efficient, kind and courteous. He does the right thing when given conflicting information. Because he is native to this area, he is able to guide new people to other competent professionals outside of his scope of practice.

What a great experience we had with Alex and Comfort Masters. He is prompt, reliable, meticulous in his work AND AFFORDABLE...We wound up having to replace our entire system in our home and we love it. He has also serviced the AC unit in our rental unit and his response time was amazing...Thank u Alex for a job well done!!

I called Comfort Masters because they were highly rated and able to come out on a Sunday. Spoke with Alex on the phone. He said he was on a service call and would come by right after. He did just that and installed our thermostat so we could get the air back on! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

I am so glad we found Comfort Masters and Alex Todd. He came to our house and found the issue we were having and much more. I felt so sorry for him cause he worked so hard the poor man was drenched from fixing issues in our attic. Very knowledgeable, professional and a really nice man. So happy we went ahead and got a maintenance agreement. Being new to the area finding reputable companies is scary but I would recommend Comfort Masters to anyone.
