Had Lonnie come out to the house this summer to fix my a/c and had my wife and I back cooling in no time. Was very professional and affordable. Next time we have a problem we'll definitely be using hewetts again. Great Service, Very Fast, No Problems. Have needed service on my unit twice over the years, and after my first experience with Lonnie, Hewett's is the only company I will allow to touch my units!

My ac unit broke on Saturday night Lonnie sent a tech out at midnight and they diagnosed my unit very quickly, Brett was very helpful and explained all my options we decided to replace the system. Hewetts was out on Sunday morning and had a brand new system in in no time! Thanks once again Hewetts y’all are rockstars.

I called Hewitts to service an Ac unit at one of my Airbnb rentals where guests were staying and Spoke to Wayne Hewitt at 6pm on Friday evening. I specifically asked for them to give me a call when they were going so I could notify the tenants and also asked for updates on what the issues was and how much it would cost. They did not do either.
At 830 pm, the tenants notified me that the tech showed up. 930 pm, Hewitts calls and tells me that they replaced a contactor and also that I have no power to the unit and needed to call an electrician because they don't do electrical??

Hewett is the absolute best HVAC company ever. Lonnie and Wayne display customer service and professionalism at it's finest. Their work is exemplary! They go way above the extra mile to perform outstanding work, are always on time, communication is perfect, and they will always go out of their way to perform service calls and the work you need. You will not find a more trustworthy company anywhere. We got a mini split installed and we are extremely happy customers. We would never use any company other than Hewett. Lonnie Hewett and the guys at Hewett's Heating & Air were so professional and knowledgeable. I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision on replacing my air unit, repairing damages in duct work and addressing condensation concerns. They were quick to assist and their pricing was competitive. Their willingness to go the extra mile also made the difference! I used them in my home and for company business at the dealership and the solution to a problem they helped us with was creative but quality, and very cost effective. For many many years,
We have been very satisfied with how professional the company has been.
It is so nice knowing we can count on them for any emergency situation,
There have been times in 100 degree weather the AC would go out and they would be here immediately to get the AC back and running.
I’m always amazed how considerate they are to their customers.
