Downgrading to 3 stars. I'm not sure what happened, but Amir will not respond to me. I thought he was out of business, but it appears that he does not want to follow up with customer concerns.
Amir and his team did a wonderful job laying new tile in our house. Unfortunately, it appears that Bare Floors is no longer open for business. We've tried multiple times to reach him without success.

I was about to give up on getting new floors this year. Wasted almost 3 weeks with a big box store only to find out they mismeasured and had to come out again. I received 3 other quotes and was defeated with what I was hearing. Amir was my last appointment and I almost canceled I was so discouraged. So glad I didn't. He was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease. Within two weeks I went from old nasty floors to beautiful vinyl wood looking floors. I am so happy with the outcome. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

A few things i appreciated about working with Bare Floors: I spoke directly to the owner Amir throughout the entire process and he was always available and ready to help vs calling a call/scheduling center and having a separate person come out to quote. Also, his availability was terrific - he was able to remove my tile the next week when others were quoting 5 weeks and for the installation worked around my schedule. I originally had some wood laminate picked out that I thought was high quality and he showed me some of his that was clearly higher quality but similar price and i was glad to go with

Highly recommend. Amir and the Bare Floors team did a wonderful job of floor and countertop installation from beginning to end. We decided to install a brand-new waterproof cork flooring product. Amir called the distributor with me to ensure we understood the product, any special considerations, and timing. His team was responsive, tidy and even helped move all 3,000 lbs. of flooring delivery into the house. Amir was the only contractor I interviewed that had a solid solution for our stairs. I recently had Bare Floors install vinyl wood flooring throughout our house. They did a fantastic job. They had to rip out 1300 sf of tile which is naturally a messy job, so we opted for the "dustless" equipment to help eliminate the large amounts of dust the comes from grinding away tile mortar. The installers were excellent. Not only did they take great care in covering up all the furniture and applicable light fixtures, but they spent what seemed like an hour each night uncovering our kitchen again so we could use it at night.

We have used a lot of different people to work on our houses over the years and Bare Floors was by far the best we have ever worked with. The knowledge and attentiveness of the owner was superb! Helped us with unrelated things that came up went the extra mile by picking up an item that we needed from the store on his own time! He went above and beyond answering our questions and making sure the job was completed to perfection. On time and on budget! If we ever have another project I will definitely use them again and would would highly recommend Bare Floors.

They installed beautiful vinyl wood plank flooring throughout my home last month. The estimate was accurate and reasonable and the commitments were kept. The installers were professional and well equipped and completed the job on time. The results were amazing and the details and cleanup was spectacular! We met Amir, the owner of Bare Floors, at the Maricopa County Home Show in January and were very impressed with his knowledge of flooring, his enthusiasm and his professionalism. Within a week he came to our home with a large assortment of engineered wood samples which we were quickly able to narrow down as we laid them next to our tile flooring and furniture. Amir's recommendation for flooring layout to enhance the beauty of the wood was spot on. His installation crew was also professional and hardworking and tried to minimize the dust and disruption to our lives since we stayed in the house

I had engineered hardwood floors installed by Bare Floors earlier this month. I am so pleased with the outcome. The process was seamless and completed on time. Amir was very helpful in letting me know what to expect and delivering my product. The installers, Scott and Gary, were respectful, on time and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely glad we went with Bare Floors. They were quick on responding when we asked for a quote. Amir was very up front and truthful so it was easy choice to go with his company. We were all about working around our dogs and he definitely made it easy for us. The workers were super nice. They worked hard and finished in a great time frame. I definitely would recommend them to anyone because of their level of care of providing the best flooring.

We had a great experience with Urban Floors. They just completed the installation of new cork floors (yes, cork) throughout our entire home and it is beautiful! You can purchase your flooring through them or on your own and have them install it. They work quickly, were very clean and detail oriented. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix Metro area looking for new flooring installation.

Urban Floors did an absolute stunning job in flooring our entire home. Amir provided consultation on floor selection to meet the needs of our home. The installation of our hardwood floors was meticulously done from the beginning of the job to the very end. The installers were very dedicated to detail and took a great deal of pride in their work and always communicated the progress of the job.
