Plumber was there on-time and finished his work efficiently and neatly. My only concern is that the price for a simple faucet installation was MUCH higher than I anticipated. They also are on a paperless system and the tech said he could not give me an invoice but said my receipt would be emailed by the office.

DiMartino Plumbing was so responsive when we needed service. Billie Jo in the office helped us with a quick response regarding our hot water heater which suddenly produced scalding hot water only in the kitchen. We had several visits by the plumbers but they they were totally fair with their pricing. We have been using DiMartino Plumbing for almost 10 years at my personal residence, as well as rental properties that we own. Projects that they have done for me include replacing hot water heaters, kitchen sink hook-ups for remodeling, old valve replacements, toilet replacements, and a few emergency leaks inside of walls at condos. The first couple of times I used them I thought wow these guys are great! But now I’m on #3 for completely different plumbing reasons and 2 different locations and they never disappoint! For all 3 of my jobs DiMartino Plumbing gave me fair prices as well as providing me with a detail description of the issue, how they can fix it and what the coast will be.
