I tried to install/replace a disposal (which I've done before). Tough job trying to securely attach to the collar. I didn't get it right and it leaked badly so I could not use the kitchen sink. I called around looking for a plumber. It being a Saturday, all I got was "Call Monday and we'll send out a technician to give you a quote." Except Earl at Plumbtastic said he could come later that afternoon. We sealed the deal. He kept in touch about arrival time, showed up when he said he would and expertly and efficiently fixed the problem in less than an hour. He cleaned up after and was most pleasant

What started as a simple leak under the kitchen sink turned out to be a serious replumbing job that had been done wrong in the past. Many I called would not come because a leak wasn't a big enough job. Earl and Dom came shortly and very professionally corrected the problem the right way, while explaining to me what they were doing and why. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable and professional. Saved Thanksgiving! Outstanding.
