Your guys did a FANTASTIC JOB and I want you and them to know that I appreciate their work. The system works like it has never worked before. I get heat and air upstairs for the first time. I appreciate all that you do, and I want to say thank you! Thanks for listening to my world of woes in the rental world.
I am writing you to tell you how nice it is to havethe efficient new furnace your company installed in August. The weather has been fine, but I have turned it on for short times on a few chilly mornings. It really heats the place fast! And I enjoyed meeting with you to do the plan. We want to thank the two gentlemen who spent the day at our home on Banner Mtn.

I recently had A&A come look at my radiant floor heating system, after advising me over the phone that they had plenty of experience with the exact make/model installed in my home. I was quoted $92 to have the technician to come out and look at the system. We agreed to have a him come out to assess the problem and give us a written estimate to fix, including any needed parts. We figured after spending $92 we would at least know what the problem was and could go from there...
WRONG!
After an hour of trying to diagnose the problem, the guy was clueless and instead of charging us the $92 that

Honest company, the technicians are actually qualified too - unlike alot of the ABT plumbing workers who price gouge and con certain people into fake repairs.
ABT plumbing told me i needed to replace my whole heating system (8-10k)... when in reality it was a $200 fix. Thank you A&A, honesty is everything.

Absolute FLAKES! Ben Came out for an estimate told me he would be able to schedule it to be done this week and then ghosted me. I called back explained to whoever answered the phone I was looking for a follow up and not even a return phone call. Not even decent enough to call or email and say they didn’t want to do the work. Lacking professionalism and common courtesy.
I did save a whole bunch of money and did the work by myself in a day.
I do have more work to do and would rather do it myself or offer it to a company with work ethic.

Our air conditioning unit developed a problems, in the middle of a heatwave (of course). I called A&A fully prepared to be told they were too busy and couldn't get out to help me. Well, as it were, a technician was at my front door within three hours to complete the repairs. Very pleasant young man repaired the unit. He was not only prompt and professional but polite. A&A air conditioning checked all the boxes in my book.

I hired this company a year ago to install a new heater in apartment, $3,000.00..To this date I've called this company numerous times as this equipment has failed. A&A keeps giving me reasons why the unit is not working, 1. the wind...but there's no wind, and many times unit wouldn't light, 2. They had to call the manufacturer..that's not my problem that's the company's problem they bought the unit..still no fix...and the person in charge back East where A&A purchased unit from was on vacation..even though now we're in the coldest months...then I called last week, the women answered the phone and

The pilot on my 50 year old furnace was out this morning. Suspecting the thermocouple I removed it and took the part to my usual appliance parts location. No luck. Called A&A and their lobby was not open but they told me to call when I got there. They took my old thermocouple up stairs and spent probably 5 minutes looking for something that would work. Did not find the exact same part but they did get me a part that could be easily modified. Nice getting my heater working again and not having to wait for a special ordered part to arrive.

Very disappointed and feel as though I have seriously been scammed. My bad for not yelping or checking with neighbors (who had similar experiences) before the call to A and A. I called Saturday when our Air had stopped working and received a call back that the technician could come the next day...much to my surprise since it was a Sunday. NEVER was I told the service charge would be significantly higher for the weekend or we would have waited until Monday. He showed up at 10:30, immediately found the problem. A capacitor with a bubbled top and he said he had the part in his vehicle. NEVER

I literally ordered some flashing that I needed to be made as soon as possible and before I even had paid the fees at the desk, it was already made and waiting for me at my car. I needed this made ASAP because of my framer unable to proceed without these termite flashing pieces, they really came through and I never write reviews unless I am extremely pleased. In this case, I definitely am.

A & A Heating and Air condemned my heating and air unit without doing a proper diagnostic test. They also told me I had carbon monoxide leaking into my house without confirming with a CO meter. They were very anxious to sell me a new heating and air unit for almost $10,000.00. This company specializes in being scammers. I had another company come out and completely assess and service the heating and air unit, and there is nothing wrong with it. Yes it is old but it is totally functional.

A&A Heating and Air Conditioning was hired to re-install a Lennox system, which had been installed incorrectly by a different company. A&A exceeded expectations and expertly installed all the systems, including cooling, heating, humidifier, air purifier, ventilation, and zoning control. Work was completed on schedule by professional technicians, who arrived on time and cleaned up after the job was done. A&A also took care of all the warranty paperwork for each component.

Owner came to my home to assess my needs for a ductless mini split air conditioner on July 30, 2018. Very polite and professional. His proposal was to be emailed to me. Since I had not received the proposal over a week later, I called and left a message to inquire. Now, August 19, no proposal and no call back. I can only assume he wants me to take my business elsewhere.

I can't say enough about these guys. I've dealt with them several times and never once have I been even slightly disappointed. Larry Aguilar installed my furnace over 30 years ago and just recently the blower motor quit working. When I spoke to him about it, not only did he remember installing it, they still have the paperwork on it. He was able to… give me the model number as well as the serial number on the unit. Which in return, made it simple to get exactly what I needed to fix it without any problems what so ever. For a business that was established in 1960, the same year I was born

A&A had done some fine work fabricating metal for me in the past. Early last spring I called to get a quote on a mini split system. Ben Aguilar came out and did a site inspection and said he'd send a bid. Weeks went by and nothing arrived. Then the high temp days came and I knew I'd never hear from them again. And that's exactly what happened. Nothing!

Awesome service! My a/c went out in May, just before I was due for surgery. I explained my need and Larry and Mark busted their humps to get it fixed so I'd have a comfortable home to return to from the hospital.
Over this past (hot) weekend, the air went out again, now as I'm in the middle of chemo. I called A&A at 8:15, Jay was on my doorstep at… 8:45! After a relatively easy (I think!) fix, my a/c was up and running again, and my house is once again comfortable.
I'm very grateful to A&A for their willingness to consider special circumstances, their professionalism, and quick response

A & A came through for us. Our A/C went out on a Friday PM, at the beginning of a multi-day triple digit heat wave. I called them and they re-arranged schedules and sent a guy out to take a look. It was determined that our 28 year old unit needed to be replaced. Co-owner Paul came out at about 6 and figured out what we needed. The unit was completely replaced beginning the following Tuesday....a 3 day job...but we had "air" by Tuesday. The two installers were excellent...courteous and knowledgeable. It was expensive, but I always knew it would be. I've started an "

When A&A replaced my old Pak system with a modern HVAC system they did a fine job.
When my compressor wouldn't start last spring, I had them out that evening, knowing that I'd pay extra for an after-hours service call. Months later I noticed that I was supposed to have a 10 year parts warranty on my equipment. The shop's initial response was a) the service man didn't know about the

I'm pretty disappointed with A&A. And I won't be going back to them. Here's why.
We had just purchased a new house, and had A&A perform a "summer tuneup" on our a/c system in late June. They changed some hard to reach filters, checked things out, and got us all set for the summer heat.
Then, about 5-6 weeks later, the a/c stopped working. It went completely dead. It wouldn't come on in "Auto" mode, manual mode - even the fan failed to activate. Of course, it was just after 5pm on a Friday. Why can't these things fail during normal business

Last weekend it was 100 degrees and my air conditioner went out. I had company and did not want to wait for a repair. On a Sunday, I did not expect to have anyone return a call. To my surprise, when I called A&A, they told me they could send someone over.
The repairman showed up promptly, but unfortunately the problem could not be fixed.I I was informed I would need a new system. Paul, the engineer called me first thing Monday morning and came out to give me an estimate on the replacement. He was very professional and knowlegable. I actually got two other estimates before making my decision

The service man was very nice and my complaint is not against him - it's the serious over charge for the part I take issue with. I was charged $196. for a new ignitor and $79. for the service call. $275. total. It took a half hour max for the repair.
After the service man left, I googled the part number and was appalled to discover I could have purchased the exact same part I paid $196. for anywhere for $29.50. No. It wasn't a generic part for $29.50, it was the part made by the company that made my heater (Bryant). Do I feel ripped off? Yep.
