Craig installed the new HVAC system at our house before we bought it. The heat pump failed within a couple weeks back in 2017. He dealt with YORK on our behalf and got the part warranty repair done at no charge within a week or so. Three years later the heat pump was not working again. He came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 30 minutes. Was only charged for diagnostic. Would have had to pay anyone else the same or more. Very happy with his responsiveness, capability and rates.

In 2013, Quality Heating & Cooling installed a new Heating unit and a new AC unit in our newly remodeled house in Lake Wildwood. In Feb 2020, the heater unit failed. I had Quality Heating & Cooling come out to take a look. Quality Heating & Cooling recommended installation of a brand new Heater unit and offered to give me a quote for a new unit as they said this heater unit was un-repairable. No mention of Warranty work or standing by their installation done only 7 years ago. Quality Heating & Cooling said the cause of the failure was due to the unit burning out from lack of propane

I used craig for my rental property and he was so professional, gave me a few options and explained my new unit to me. He also explained how I needed new ducts, pipes and etc because of the new codes, plus how much more efficient the heater would be w new ducts. I will not hesitate to use Craig in the future.

I own a clothing store in Nevada City and our heater started making a bunch of noise and stopped working. I had used Craig for installing a unit at my home and he has serviced my store in the past. I will never use his service again. They charge $120 for diagnostic and none of that is applied to parts or labor. He was a day late showing up for the diagnostic scheduled on Wednesday and flaked on showing up to install the fan motor on the following Monday and Tuesday. So I called to find out what was going on. He told me he would get back to me and didn't. I don't think he even ordered the part.

At 11AM on Friday I realized my A/C was blowing hot air. I was afraid it was going to be a long hot weekend (100 degrees). I called Craig and once again he saved the day! Same day service and it is really cool now. I have used Quality Heating and Cooling a few times over the last decade and the result is always the same: fast competent service with integrity and at a reasonable price.

A big heating and cooling outfit in the area told me my furnace couldn't be fixed and gave me a quote on a new furnace. I called Craig to see how much he would charge for a new furnace. He told me my furnace could be fixed and explained the two parts necessary. The two parts were expensive but not nearly as expensive as a new furnace! It's been running great ever since and I won't call anyone else.

We couldn't be more happy to have had Craig and his crew. We had a big project of having all of our old ducting replaced with new metal ducting (per our request).
Craig, Travis and crew took on our enormous project while others simply could not make an effort to call us back on the phone! In addition, his team came highly recommended.
If that was not enough, his crew was able to fix some safety issues that went un-noticed from prior work done.
Pricing was more than fair, and the punctuality and professionalism displayed exceeded our expectations.

Quality Heating and Cooling charged us $99 to come out and diagnose our mini-split air conditioner system. They seemed to have little knowledge, or experience on these systems. They called the manufacturer for tech support without success. I provided the contact info I had from the manufacturer. I was steered into purchasing a very expensive part that did not resolve the issue. I called another HVAC contractor in GV who fixed the system within 20 minutes of arriving at the house. Not sure if a contractor should be accepting work and charging for systems they cannot diagnose, or fix!
