This is not a business anymore. My furnace is still under warrrnaty but I guess I’m out of luck. Bc he went out of business. He actually referred me to someone else to fix my furnace that is supposed to be covered by him. After coming 3 times taking my money for labor chargers and not being able to fix my furnace. When they originally installed my furnace they punctured my ac line and I had to pay another company to fix that! I definitely would not recommend anyone to this man. His family started another company under larch and son & he is honest. I would recommend the relative or

Larch at one time was excellent, last two times not HAPPY, I'm turning them into the BBB.
came to my home, looked into the furnace with a flash light, didn't get a direct answer on what was wrong, 5 freaking minutes he was here, charged me 85.00, om gosh, me & my husband are seniors living on a small income, that hurt, i called Dan's Heating & Plumbing, they said for 70.00, they clean the furnace, winterized it, next time I'll call them. BIG DISSAPPOINTMENT
i even called the secretary to complain, nothing. BEWARE, rip off.
