In October of 2019 my wife and I had j Austin do a full install at our home. That’s heat pump furnace ac duct work the whole nine. Well everything went great they did a great job. That is until April came around our ac kept freezing over this went on all summer of 2020 with them coming out several times misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis. Fall comes… heat works great again. April of this summer hits bam freezes AGAIN two other companies misdiagnose it as well. So I reached out to a couple friends that do hvac they diagnosed it over the phone from states away. J Austin only hooked up two

Called them, They came to my home to do an estimate. They said that they would call me to give me the estimate by the beginning of the week. It has been three weeks and no call. I even called them after a week and was told that they would be calling me asap. After three weeks, it is obvious that they do not want any business. They lied twice and I do not trust liars. If you want your AC fixed or even a new unit installed, look elsewhere; they don't want anyone's business.

They installed a new furnace two years ago and came on the scheduled day. They had it finished the same day and were professional and quick. Today, Doug installed a new water heater. The man doesn't mess around. He came and he got it installed quickly. I discovered our water heater was leaking Friday at noon ... twenty -four hours later they were here putting in the new one Both jobs were billed as estimated.

Best in the area helped my Mom with her furnace. Helped my daughter with hers great price fast service.I just received a new furnace and air conditioner from them. The 2 men who installed it were very friendly and did a great job. They explained the system and warranty to us. I got the best price from them as well. I would recommend them very highly.
