Air Excellence Excellence

Was given a quote to replace my entire a/c furnace unit for right around $5400. Got a second opinion from a reputable company as my unit isn’t that old & paid $119 to have it fixed!
In response to stating you were never at my home nor gave an estimate I am including a picture of the estimate you sent me

Great service and fast.
They replaced the compressor in my condenser unit which I think only leaked because leaves had collected in the bottom, my fault, which blocked drain holes and held moisture.
Warranty transferred from previous homeowner who had the system installed by Air Excellence. Air Excellence had all the records from the install. Made the process a breeze.

I left a message 9/7 to set up estimate to run 10-15 feet of straight gas line inside the basement, and change furnace from propane to natural gas (with me supplying parts). 9/8 scheduled estimate for 9/10. "Dave" did the estimate. He said if I agreed with the estimate, they would schedule me for about two and a half weeks out. I received the estimate on 9/14. Called 9/15 to schedule the work. Woman who answered the phone told me she had to "check with the manager" and would call back. There was no call back. I called the company again morning of 9/22, same response as previous week! Woman said

Charged me $80.00 to come and damage my furnace even more. Told me a $130.00 part was $700 I kindly declined. Never again will I call this company.

Jason, was very helpful. He had come to take a look at our furnace because it wasn't working properly. He had put a new filter in, fixed the low pressure problem within the furnace, and even installed a new thermostat. Air Excellence was notified last night/first thing this morning & had shown up by 9:15am this morning. Got the job done quickly, and efficiently. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you again Jason, for saving our winter.

The first winter we were home owners of course our furnace just stops 3 weeks in. I called Air Excellence and the receptionist was so polite and happy to assist. She offered to schedule someone to come out within 2 hours since it was going to be in the low 20s for several days. The gentleman came out and in 1 hour had the heat on. We have had a warm home for weeks now with no problems. Thank you for your services!

Purchased an air conditioner unit in spring of 2016. Technician was very friendly and informative. Helped us understand how the system worked. After installation we had nice cool air for about a week and the on/off switch on the outside had shorted out pretty bad. Same tech came out the same day, replaced the faulty equipment, and it has been going strong for the last two years. We were happy with our service.

Problem not resolved and fees were not clearly explained !!
My A/C is not cooling properly (worked fine last season... probably needs some gas) I was charged a service fee for them to tell me nothing was wrong. This was never discussed at any point prior to their assessment or arrival to my home. The Technician refused to add any coolant to my system. Technician wanted to argue with me there was noting wrong. Then why is it not cooling my house as it did last year?
Now I need to call another company in my area, take more time off from work, and piss around trying to get someone to properly diagnose

There are still some wonderful people in the world! So glad I heard of Air Excellence. Dave, the Manager and Brian, the technician came out today and are such wonderful people that worked with our heater. Gave advice and just had great service. Couldn't ask for anything better! Thank You both.
