Jimmy and Cody came by on time today, worked efficiently and at an extremely fair price had my heater working in minutes! Brittany called mid day to update their time of arrival, a service that gets forgotten often. As a customer on a tight time schedule, I fully appreciated the update so I could do other things with my day. I cannot thank you enough for getting my heating up to par just before we have family over for the holidays!

I keep HVAC repair in the same category as wifi and cable installations..difficult and can give you the run around BUT NOT WITH THESE GUYS! I reached out to Beyond Cool Heating and Air and asked Brittany what it meant if I had insulation blowing through my vents! She said Jimmy can be out there in 2 days! Jimmy and his partner showed up right on time and they were fast but very polite! They did a full inspection and diagnosed the issue right away. Jimmy told me exactly what I needed before they could do the repairs and told me exactly what they would have to fix. He said I would have a quote by

My system is 20 years old and still kicking. But my daughters room would never cool down. Jimmy came by and inspected why. When the unit was install of course it’s the cheapest way. They had a small duct going to 3 different locations to cool. With a few changes and a few hundred bucks the problem was fixed and wasn’t 1 time told that my system needed to be upgraded. They are an honest company.

We had another company come out to the home we just bought. They quoted us 6k and after they left The ac didn’t work AT ALL! I called Zach and he gave me Brittany’s number. I called her in a panic on a day that was 111 degrees here in Sacramento. Jimmy came out the first thing in the morning and fixed everything for under 200$ I am forever grateful to Beyond cooling heating and air and will never use another company! We were refered to Zach for new HVAC AC system for a 1950s home. Zack was responsive and came out the same day that I contacted him.
