The AC breaker tripped previous day when we hit 110 deg and after I reset, the AC was not working inside the house so I turned off the system. Most companies are closed on Sundays but Don picked up my phone while fixing his breakfast and showed up within an hour.

During this extreme heat wave, our air conditioner decided to stop working (mind you with a two year old at home). I called 15 different places and they all said they were too busy and fully booked up and couldn't come day of. I found Don on Yelp and honestly it was the best choice! He answered his phone right away, and fit me into his busy schedule! Don Cassel installed our system 29 years ago, and since we were pleased with his work then, we chose his company for one of our estimates this time. We were able to compare apples to apples by carefully taking notes with each bid.
Don was the only one who mentioned creating a larger intake vent for the system to improve efficiency and decrease noise. His bid was also substantially lower then the larger companies.

Dreading the need to replace the original HVAC system installed when the house was initially built 34 years ago, it ultimately came time to face the music. With an extended weather forecast calling for three days of triple digit temperatures midweek, coupled with the fact that the water heater has been leaking for almost a year, both were no doubt firm motivators to start looking for a reputable HVAC contractor.

I had three different companies come out give me estimates. Cassel air conditioning and heating was the very first ones to come out, I knew instantly they were the company I was going to go with. They did an amazing job they're very efficient friendly and always made sure to clean up after themselves they were here for 4 days and we're always very polite and very friendly even our old dog Lucy loved Don. They explained everything they were going to do along the way and did all of those things very professionally and efficiently. I would highly recommend Don Cassel and his company. I can't say enough

I had an old unit that eventually gave way and Don came out a few times before to take a look including one when some insulation for stuck in it. After having him quote out the cost for a replacement, he secured all the paperwork and installed a new unit and he and his team were great. He is honest and hard working and a true professional and his team is as well. I was recommended to him by a coworker and he raved about how great he was and he was every bit as genuine. My new unit looks great and runs wonderfully and it's thanks to Cassel Air Conditioning and Heating.

He came over right away, accessed the problem, and quoted a very reasonable price. When he was done, I inspected it and it was such a clean and well done job. Don was professional and very nice. Excellent service!! Our AC went out on us over night and after contacting several major big names who didn't seem to make us a priority, I stumbled across Cassel Air Conditioning and boy am I glad I did!
Donald the owner, was the one who took my call. I was very concerned that given I was calling on a Saturday morning and needed service same day, that I was going to get the answer every other company gave me of not until next week.
