I am rarely excited about spending money on repairs but Alpha Mechanical was fantastic. This is one of the few times I’ve had repairs and not wondered if I was ripped off.
Scheduling was easy. They were on time. Everything was clean. So happy I found them. Will use them when we replace our system. Very happy.

Fantastic service. After having a horrible experience with another company that was assigned by my landlord's home warranty company I couldn't bear the heat any longer. Andrey with Alpha Mechanical came out the same day within a couple hours to diagnose the problem. I decided to go with him to complete the repair and it was done promptly. He didn't try to upsell or try to replace stuff that was unnecessary but did check out the overall condition of the unit. I highly recommend Alpha Mechanical, they are fast, honest and reliable.

We were not receiving any cool air conditioning into the house. I called and left a message and Andrey responded he was in the area and would stop by later. He was absolutely excellent he came here checked over our unit put in freon explained a bunch of things to us about temperature control when it's over 100 and was very professional knowledgeable and a super nice guy. We will be using this contractor every year to come check our AC and heating at the beginning of the year so we're good to go. I would highly recommend this wonderful company. Also, the fact that he came after hours to our house

Our AC went out on a Sunday mid-morning on a day with a high temp of 111. I called eight different places. Andre at Alpha called me back and told me he be here in 30 minutes and he was! Alpha is out in Fair Oaks, but he came to my house in East Sacramento. He diagnosed our problem as a shot blower mower (made no attempt to oversell us on a new AC unit or anything shady like that). He came back on Monday (less than 24 hours later) with the new motor and installed it -- we didn't even have to be there. He crawled under the house, installed it, and sent us an invoice for LESS than the price

Andre was able to come diagnose my HVAC on short, same-day notice and showed up within 2 hours. When he arrived he was quick, direct, and specific in his explanation and diagnosis. His dispatch fee was very reasonable and below the rate of his local competitors. I would recommend Andre and Alpha Mechanical.

My A/C went out without notice last night. Alpha Mechanical had responded by the morning and Andrey was out here by 11:30. Amazing!
The only reason for 4/5 was that in the quote, they mentioned that it would be $79 just for a service call and that would be applied to any repairs. Andrey discovered that it was a disconnected fuse and was able to re-connect. There was no discussion of additional cost of what was happening. So when he said it was $170, I was surprised. I also have not yet received a quote or bill - he told me I would be receiving it via email.
