Kevin and Lori Weinmann have been a part of the Portland community for many years, and have raised three wonderful children in the Northeast neighborhood of Laurelhurst. Following a short stint in the world of corporate accounting, Kevin renovated several old houses around Portland and found that his true calling was to be his own boss.
Weinmann Painting has been protecting and improving homes in the Portland metro area since 1996. We have painted more than 3,000 home exteriors throughout Portland's many historic neighborhoods, including: Alameda, Irvington, Kings Heights, Goose Hollow, Laurelhurst, Rose City, Portland Heights, as well as Lake Oswego, Dunthorpe, and Eastmoreland and understand what it takes to protect a home in this harsh Northwest climate.

We had our Portland home painted by Weinmann painting earlier this summer. This was the first "proper" paint job in 20 years and--to say the least--the house was due for a top-to-bottom, first class paint job. We were blown away by the high quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew that painted our house. Kevin and his crew did an AMAZING job!! We have a 2 story house in the Sellwood area. The house was scraped with no paint chips left on the ground, which is WONDERFUL since we have a garden next to the house. He suggested we extend the trim color to show off the beautiful details of the house. It looks so clean, fresh, and beautiful.
We have also had an opportunity to use his crew on our 2 story, 1928 commercial property within the past month. They did GREAT work, from power washing to scraping and painting. It is nice to have a dependable, efficient, honest company to work with.

Lori helped coordinate seamlessly and was supportive in getting the crew back out a couple months after the project ended for some touch-ups. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Weinmann Painting. They were one of the higher bids we received but I am so glad we chose to move forward with them. They were worth a higher end price in so many ways. We had a big project--exterior painting of an old Portland home that was overdue and required lead abatement as part of the prep work, extensive repair of wood siding and then painting including a lot of detail work. The crew led by Israel (who was great to work with) were on time, communicated well and took great care with our home in making sure to do things the right way. We really appreciate the thorough prep

Weinman Painting did a fabulous job painting all of my kitchen cabinets. The cabinets were 20 years old and in shabby condition. They look fantastic now. The crew was on time always and took great care in making sure everything was perfect. Lori was so responsive and helpful throughout my many paint color decisions and changes! This is the second time we have used Weinmann Painting for a whole house interior job. From the start, Lori and Kevin were easy to work with and excellent communicators. Lori was especially gracious and accomodating when our schedule took a hit from weather and contractor delays. Once the job started, Jaime and his crew were punctual and efficient, the communication was detailed and often, the job site left clean and tidy, and the resulting paint job beautifully executed. I highly recommend!
