Cody from USA Pipe Repair replaced our main water line from the street meter to our house. He was very polite and professional. Explained everything he was going to do beforehand and wanted to make sure that our dog was in the house so he wouldn't get out of the yard. It started raining but it didn't slow him down any. It only took him about an hour to complete the job and clean up everything. I highly recommend USA Pipe Repair for any plumbing work you need to have done.

I was without plumbing as my sewer line had collapsed, they had the complete project digging 60 feet of pipe 6feet deep done the next day.

I am writing to refute Cody's claim that my wife made the appointment, that is just a lie. I made contact by email and never received a response and the guys just showed up as stated in my previous review. The only lack of communication is on their end, very non responsive. this company is very unprofessional and apparently dishonest as well. Use at your own risk.

Cody ( owner) was hostile. Angry. Accusatory. Belligerent. Unprofessional, had an employee quit the day he gave me a quote. Bad mouthing this employee to me, just a horrible man. In the same breath talking about being a family man/ church goer. Poor excuse of a man.
Awful experience. His guys were amazing, but I would NEVER recommend this guy to anyone’s worse enemy. He did nothing but bark, stomp around like a child, be rude, left my yard a disaster.

I worked with USA Piper Repair a few weeks ago regarding a sewer line issue at my house. During the process, I worked with multiple people, including technicians and office staff. My first experience with USA Pipe Repair was a good one. They were able to get a really deep clog that another plumber wasn't able to get. I liked them enough that I called them again. We were finishing our basement, so needed all the pipes to be moved above the joists so we could install a drywall ceiling, and to have some old copper pipes replaced, one of which was leaking. The technician was able to give me an estimate right away and was even able to do part of the job that day--fixing the leaky pipe by actually rerouting it and bypassing the whole section. I was referred to Cody by my plumber Bradley Mechanical, because my main water lines are under my driveway. I called Cody and within 90 min he was at my house, looked over the job and gave an estimate for a water leak that has saturated/puddled in our side yard. I was faced with the decision to excavate my new yard that has poured concrete in a new porch or have Cody and his crew Leah new pipe underneath the entire yard without any problem at all. They managed to bring the pipe up exactly where it needed to be.
In the basement next to the hot water heater they came up through the floor. I couldn't be happier with their product or their attention to detail.

I found USA Pipe Repair on Home Advisor and they called immediately and Ryan O'Connell came within 2 business days to look at the issues my 1940 home was having and give me an estimate. He and another member of the team then worked very hard for 2 entire days. They 1) rerouted a kitchen drain line to bypass a blocked underground pipe. 2) fixed cross linked hot and cold supply to the bathroom including replacing shower faucet and shower head. They were courteous and professional and I am very relieved that these issues are taken care of. I'll be calling them with any future work I need

Called them to repair busted water pipe under house and reattach water filter housings. Sent 2 guys to do the job - unfortunately they did not do the job we paid them for. when my husband called owner the guy cursed him out. He ended up coming back and fixing what his guys screwed up but the work he did is leaking and he told us he would not warranty it.
