Modern Stones was contracted through a distributer we hired to install vinyl floors in the upstairs of our home. We are incredibly lucky they did. The level of service and professionalism that we experienced with this company surpassed our best expectations. Whenever you do any type of home remodeling there's a fair amount of fear that you'll be hit with hidden costs and shotty workmanship. This isn't a fear you need to have with this company. The owner Nick, from beginning to end, was very attentive and ensured that we were happy during every step of the process. The finished product is wonderful

Modern stone and flooring did a wonderful job of installing a new floating floor and baseboards. The job included over 2000 square feet.
Nicholas and staff were on time each day, and left each day with a clean and well pickup work area. Their work was accurate and meticulous. Nicholas conferred with us on every step of the installation, and was concerned about meeting our expectations.
As an example, SD flooring called for quarter round for molding against our existing wood walls . Nicholas went to number of vendors to find the best looking quarter rounds.
Then there was the question of whether

Nick is the best! He’s very professional but he’s sincere and genuinely cares that you’re happy with his work. He was also understanding about the need to keep our cats locked up in one room or another while work was being done to avoid escapes. He and his team were very respectful of us and our home. I had been trying to piece together qotes for 3 years. After many no shows, delayed start dates, and frustration. Nick came in and got the job done. He explained what I needed to do and best products to use. He taught me a few tips and tricks on the way and helped me update my home. We called Modern Stones and Flooring because we wanted to change out the flooring in our home. We initially were going to just do all but two bedrooms. This would entail demo of tile and laminate flooring. While Nick and Luke were here doing the demo we inquired about going forward with swapping the flooring in the entire house. In addition, a major facelift of the bathrooms was discussed. We decided to go for it. This is the second time I've used the services of MS&F. I was doing a full kitchen remodel and paint of our downstairs area. I knew I would definitely use MS&F for my flooring needs. With any kitchen remodel you can expect a few hiccups here and there and I definitely had a few. The owner personally supervised our work. We had the owner (Nicholas Daryaie) install laminate flooring through-out the entire home. He also remodeled both our bathrooms and did a superb job.
