I called Powerhouse and Joe because they came highly recommended. 2 weeks later, my issue is not fixed and still don't really know what the problem is. I had to constantly contact Joe to find out what was going on. Worst customer service ever.
UPDATE:
I had ANG heating and repair come in and look at what Powerhouse was not able to fix. ANG cleaned a screen and everything was fixed. No cost...no parts replaced and my issue was fixed in 10 minutes. Powerhouse took 2 weeks, replaced a part and encouraged me to either replace another part or replace my whole water heater. Neither necessary. WORST

Joe came out right away on New Year's Eve Day. He carefully diagnosed the furnace problem, testing part by part instead of just going in and replacing everything. The price was very reasonable and the repair has lasted for four months at the time of this review. I would definitely recommend Powerhouse!

Our air conditioner stopped working during the summer and we didn’t know who to call until a friend recommended calling Joe at Powerhouse Heating and Air Conditioning. After explaining that we have a child that is asthmatic so it was crucial we have air conditioning they made it priority to make it out that same day and fix it right, the first time. Joe mentioned his family, and wouldn’t want it done any other way than right. Haven’t had an issue since. Will always go with Powerhouse for all our HVAC needs from this point forward.

Joe (the technician) was great start to finish. They listened to my issue and let me know what they suspected the problem was over the phone. Then their service fee ended up being the cheapest in town (after several calls to other heating and air repair services) and the furnace was fixed at minimal cost. Thank you Joe!
