Highly recommend! Chris, the owner and service guy, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He came out at short notice and gave straightforward answers when he could have tried to get me to spend more money. He was open in communication. His staff were also friendly and helpful. Its nice to work with a down to earth, locally-owned small business. We will definitely call him for future HVAC needs.

I had my AC replaced on the hottest day of the year. My AC broke down late in the afternoon, he was able to source a new AC and had it completely installed within 3 hours. After the installation he has checked back with us a few times to ensure that it was working properly and that we were completely happy with the new AC. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO INSTALL OR SERVICE YOU HAVAC SERVICE THERE IS NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER

Jennifer & Chris are SUPER responsive and work hard to meet the needs of their customers. We've used Keats for a couple of years for routine system checks and maintenance. Chris recommends what's needed to keep the system in optimal shape without up-selling. Recently we decided that a new system was required for our home. Keats recommended the right sized system and a fair price AND installed the system with a few days. Chris worked well into the evening to ensure the new system was installed and optimized. Chris was here as quick as I said I thought something was wrong. It didn't take him long to diagnose the furnace issue, which lined up with what I had researched and thought it might be. He provided reasonable pricing for both options to resolve the issue. And didn't try to oversell me. The next day, he and Justin were in and out with my new furnace install. And Justin even shoveled my walkway out front. Nice guys, fantastic work, knowledgeable, thorough and quick. I recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs! Thanks again!!
