I had a toilet replaced and the guys of another toilet replaced. The workers for Sale Norton arrived on time and went right to work. Within minutes nutes of them leaving, I found a puddle under the new toilet. I had to call 3 times to get someone to answer the phone to get them back here. Long story, short, I had to call and have them return 3 times before the jobs were leak free.

We called Dale Norton plumbing when our hot water tank stopped working last week. Norton sent a plumber out to look at our tank and the plumber told me that he thought lint had built up on the air intake and caused the flame not to stay lit. He swept around the area then promptly left. Never staying long enough to see if the flame stayed lit or checking to see that the water was heating up any. In all, the service call lasted roughly 20 minutes. I asked 3 times during his visit how much it was going to cost and all he told me was that we would receive a bill, never telling me what the actual service
