Andy and his partner were great (I did not catch his name) they were on time, easy to talk to, quick, clean and thorough. Would absolutely use them again. Their quote was also thousands of dollars under anyone else who would help us with our unique situation which is definitely a plus. But, being the cheaper business DEFINITELY didn't mean cheaper work. They were great!

We had a leak where water comes in from street. Is a slab house and needed asap. They were prompt courteous and knew what they were doing..Garland was our repairman and was great..the person answering the phone was very courteous and pleasant and knowledgeable..
So glad we chose them and would definitely call them again if we have another plumbing problem

Not good. Had a bad water heater. Plumber told me it may work if he changed thermostat and heating element, but that I should just go for a new water heater.
I tried the less expensive way first, knowing it may not work. However, the plumber changed the thermostat and charged me $179 for about an hours work plus thermostat. I had new elements on hand.
When he left he said if it works it should take 2 hours to fully heat up. It never did. When I reached out to him again he said the heating element was corroded and could not be changed.
I asked for his office to tell me what a new water heater
