I really trust the team at Glasmeier Plumbing. The first time I used them was for a simple drain clog but I have called them back many times since. From checking a leaky sink, to installing a new sump pump with battery back up, to installing a slop sink in our basement, to repairing/ replacing bad pipes. They have done it all! This is a pre-job commentary on the initial contact with Glasmeier Plumbing. In all communications by telephone, email and in-person with two plumbers at the house to assess the work for a bathroom remodel, I am 100% satisfied. All interactions have been professional. I accepted the estimate provided within 2 hours of the in-house visit and I have no doubt the plumbing work will meet plumbing standards - based on other reviews and the professionalism of this plumbing company. Jonathan was great! He came over to inspect some issues with our on demand hot water heater and shower. He couldn't do anything on the spot to fix our problems but gave us some straight answers and possible solutions. He emailed estimates within ten minutes of leaving and they seem very reasonable. We will definitely call him back out to do some work.

What appeared to be just a clog in a toilet turned into a crazy game of find where the pipe goes and find the REAL sceptic tank (hidden under a tree mind you). They were really professional but also personable as we had a good laugh about the whole situation. Also couldn't beat the price by a long shot! Very difficult issue with our remodeled house. Water lines were crossed and we had very little hot water coming out. David took his time and asked a lot of questions. After a thorough investigation he was able to remedy the problem with a return valve issue. So so happy with his expertise and service.

David came to my house to address a drain issue and did a great job. I had quite a few questions and he had an answer for all of them. He easily could have up-sold me on a few services that I thought I needed. However based on his findings he felt those services were unnecessary. I really appreciated that honesty! Dave had an apprentice with… him at the time of my appointment and both were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were a pleasure to work with and very trustworthy people.
