My aunt needed a new sink installed due to the other one being broken. Bob responded within the hour and was sending two of his guys over to help her! Ordered all the supplies like he asked, then when I Called again didn't even remember who we were, changed the price, which again I was okay with long as work was done in time, was told twice he will call back, never did, personally I don't care if you can't get work done, but please let me know you can't or don't have time. But to drag it out for 3-4 weeks and not remember who we were was very unprofessional, will never use and neither should you

I needed a wall oven installed in my home that I purchased on Lowes.com. After a month of countless phone calls, waits, and visits to Lowe’s I finally gave up on them installing the unit.
