2 Masters Plumbing was referred to me late on a Monday afternoon, I called Mike immediately and he was out to my house by 9am Tuesday morning. I had water coming through my ceiling from an unknown source. After thoroughly inspecting the areas effected it was determined that the leak was being caused by the upstairs toilet. Mike removed the toilet, that day and came back before 9am the following day to install our new one. He also showed my wife and I exactly what the issue was, what was causing it and why it was an issue in the first place. He was professional and incredibly knowledgeable, as well

I wish I can give 6 stars. Mike replaced a leaking faucet so I can connect my new washer. Then I found out my new washer's pump is too strong thus the old drain pipe couldn't handle it and water leak everywhere. Mike came back to check out the problem on short notice and did the drain pipe replacement next day. He made sure to check on everything after job is done. He even stayed for another extra 30 min or so until we ran another washing cycle to make sure the new drain pipe can handle it

Man, what started out as a stress inducing purchase with a large well-known big box retailer ended up with with a successful outcome due to Sal and Mike.
During a recent move to to NYC I had the opportunity to purchase a new stackable washer and dryer. During check out I included the retail store's installation services which was my first mistake. The second was getting a unit that just 'fit' in the utility closet with a few inches to spare. Long story short, the retail installers couldn't connect it, left me hanging so I quickly sought a great referral from an acquaintance

I had a couple projects that needed to be complete. 2 Masters Plumbing came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. Always great service from 2 Masters. We were very particular about who to hire during this pandemic. 2 Masters were extremely careful, always came masked and with gloves on. They were reliable and honest. They made sure to keep us informed each step of the way.
