Adam and John from Ultimate Drain were excellent. I cannot say enough great things about them. They worked hard to correct the problem. American Water Resources who you buy the insurance from should be ashamed of their answering people when you have to call up for reporting the problem so you can use the insurance you pay for. American water was horrendous. But at least Ultimate Drain was excellent and on the ball!! 5 stars for sure.

My sister was without water for more than 10 days and these guys did not move an inch to help. Horrible customer experience as you have to keep chasing them for every little item. Also they will give you a run around amongst American waters, American waters resources and themselves. Ultimately they will make you go elsewhere so they don't have to take liability for insured customers.
I would rather give them 1 star however giving them 2 for answering phone calls.

Wonderful experience with UDC&S. Not only they are extremely professional and knowledgeable but very respectful of your home. Yesterday, Jonathan came over to install Flo by Moen water detection unit and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Attention to details and the clean up after the work is impressive. Prompt text messages notifying their arrival time is very helpful. Without any hesitation, I will use their services when need arises. Special thanks to American Water NJ for referring us to UDC&S.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Nick. He was the third company out for a recurring blockage from American Water Resources and the only one who actually took the job seriously. He arrived within the window even though it was an hour and a half away on a Saturday, was polite and respectful even though I was beyond frustrated with my AWR experience leading up to that point and had little faith it could be resolved. He did what the other companies did not and stuck with it until he could determine where the blockage was and clear it. He cleaned up after himself and looped me in so I could

Steve and John arrived on time and went to work immediately. They were very courteous and cleaned up as they worked. After a quick assessment they decided that I needed a new hot water heater which was covered under my protection. I was very impressed by the speed that they worked and by the fact that they were working on a holiday. I would highly recommend Ultimate Drain Cleaning for any plumbing work which you might need.

We had Chris come from Ultimate Drain Cleaning to install two toilets and he was prompt, professional and he went the extra mile to get the work done as promised. We had an issue with the toilet and he reassured us that he would come back once I picked up the new part and he did. Chis by far is the most knowledgeable contractor to perform work in my house and I will most definitely request him in the future for any other plumbing work.

Carl and Ron were very knowledgeable and experienced in the area of plumbing. They communicated and worked well together as a team. They didn’t make assumptions. They looked at the history of my calls and compared it with what they saw going on to determine the current condition. They were able to address the problem efficiently and satisfactory.
