People's plumbing was the assigned contractor to unclog a stoppage.The technician lied and indicated the insurance company did not cover unclogged stoppages from a clean out access point inside the house. He stated he will send that diagnosis to the insurance company and I could discuss with them on next steps. Upon discussing with the insurance company, I learned the tech's diagnosis was that an clean out access point was not available and they needed to install a new one. People's plumbing lied to the customer and the insurance company. There is a clean out access point to complete the job, however

Got directed to PP by American Home Shield. If you are in the same boat, do yourself a favor and choose someone else. They came out to diagnose a simple leaking faucet. Claimed they could not get parts for it despite it being a top-selling brand at Home Depot. Asked me to get parts myself and they would come back and install it. I ordered the parts, which was a hassle and took a while to come in. When they did arrive I called PP to schedule and they told me the ticket was closed. I called AHS (who had already billed me) to straighten it out, and after saying there was nothing they could do finally

I needed to replace a outdoor under the deck gas line. i paid around $159.99 for them just to come over. they gave me an estimate of $1200 for the job of installing a 10 feet line. really? so we shopped around and hired a different company. it turned out they miss diagnosed the situation. the line needed to be replaced was 40 feet. with that the final price i paid was less than half than people’s estimate. i think hard how people’s came up with that pricing tag. the job took my contractor one person about two to three hours. and the cost for the line (40 feet) was only couple of hundred dollars

Just had a great experience with Sergio from people’s plumbing! We are new homeowners and this was our first time in need of a plumber. Sergio was recommend to us . I was able to get an appointment in less than a week for a toilet repair. Sergio was extremely friendly, educated us on the repair and was straightforward with our options for service replacement vs toilet replacement. He spent a lot of time explaining to us the issue and even showed us how he was going to resolve the problem. We even inquired about a new sump pump for our crawlspace. I wish I could give this Company 10 stars! As a victim of Contractor Fraud I was a little skeptical trusting another Company to complete my home. From the girls in the office Lisa and Sandy right to each one of the technicians Sergio, Matt, Josh and JJ they all made us feel very comfortable. Each and everyone of them were very professional. When they gave us a specific time they would be at my house they were there right on the dot at that specific time. If I could give Sergio 10 stars, I would. We first called People's Plumbing about 2 years ago on the recommendation of my brother. I believe it was to install a new dishwasher and replace our hot water heater. I have never made a better call as a homeowner. Since that first service, Sergio has been to our house countless times to address plumbing issues (and sometimes not even plumbing, like the time he was over for a plumbing issue and fixed our dryer!). People’s Plumbing is the best around! They are fast, reliable and honest. We had a problem with our HVAC system and the first plumber we called told us we needed to replace the whole system. We called People’s Plumbing in and they thoroughly examined the system and told us all we needed was to replace one part. They ordered it right away and installed it as soon as it came in a couple of days later. They fixed the problem in less than an hour. DO NOT USE THEM THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR PRODUCT. They installed a water heater $2200. two years ago. The relief valve started on leaking. The owner came and told us $225 plus labor! We called RHEEM and informed them. They're sending the $18 piece for free,And so apologetic.. So they may be nice installing your product but don't expect them to stand behind it!!!

I can't say enough about this company. Rae (sp?) went so above and beyond to help me get my boiler fixed words can't describe. The whole company was responsive, came to my home lightning fast and organized parts delivery and a second appointment within 24 hours. We have been using People's Plumbing for over a decade now and they are great! We have confidence that they will do the job correctly which is not always the case with all companies. These are the worst people in the world. Do NOT use them!!! We were stuck with them through our American Home Shield insurance. As a result we were treated like second class citizens. We had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment for a leak coming from our shower through our ceiling. When they came the guy did not have the proper equipment to fix it. We were told the pipe needed to be soddered and a new shower nozzle needed to be installed to stop the leak behind the wall of the shower. We had to wait another week for the one guy who has soddering equipment to come. He arrived 15 minutes before our
